Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for periodic checks in line
• Hands-on with quality gauges (Vernier, height gauge, roughness tester) and assess instrument needs
• Validating boundary samples and Poka Yoke in line
• In-house concern management
• Raise internal complaints and participate in Gemba analysis; follow up for action closure
• Strong understanding of 8D
• Preparing weekly quality reports
• Analyze weekly rejection data and coordinate with CFT for 8D reports
• Monitor the teardown station
