Job summary

M/S Econovus Packaging in India is seeking a quality compliance lead to manage Integrated Management System audits and related surveillance activities across the organization. You will drive internal audits, gap analyses, CAPAs, and 8D reports, coordinate with departments on procedures, work instructions, and training records, and ensure packaging standards are met.

Experience in paper and corrugated board testing, packaging quality plans, and customer audits is essential; BE or Diploma in

• BE or Diploma in Packaging or related field.
• Knowledge of paper and corrugated board testing.
• Experience in packaging industry preferred.
• Lead audits and customer engagements.
• Experience with integrated management systems and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Management System certification project and regular surveillance audit.
• Audit internal processes, carry out gap analysis and corrective actions with team involvement.
• Take lead in problem solving based on external and internal complaints.
• Ensure compliance with business standards by coordinating with departments on work instructions, procedures, documentation control and training records.
• Ensure all relevant standards in Packaging are followed.
• Lead customer audits and customer complaints.
• Monitor, update and ensure all Quality plans are followed.
• Provide and ensure all related technical input to team members.
• Ensure CAPAs, 8D for NCRs and audit observations.
• Drive Kaizen/ Poka-yoke and monitor improvements.
• Knowledge of Green/Sustainable packaging.
• Lead product level testing such as compression, drop, puncture and vibration tests.
• Knowledge in export Packaging.
• Track and meet monthly Quality Indicators targets.
