Job summary

Southern Electronics Bangalore is seeking a Quality Inspection Technician to perform sample part inspections, line inspections during production, and final inspections. The role requires calibration of gauges and maintenance of inspection records, aligned with AS 9100D and related ISO standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams to reduce defects and ensure zero customer complaints, supporting continual process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out First of sample part Inspection as per drawing requirements.
• Line Inspection of production components during manufacture as per PRC, and generate in- process Inspection Reports.
• Offer parts final Inspection.
• Periodic Calibration of Gauges / Inspection Instruments.
• Maintain records of Inspection Reports, non-compliance reports
• Follow work instructions, procedures laid out in Quality Systems AS 9100D, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Follow best practices to improve Product and Process Quality -5S, Problem Solving, and Troubleshooting.
• Improve Final Product Quality by engaging internal stakeholders.
• Drive a Culture of Zero Defects & Zero Customer Complaints
