TAPI in India seeks a skilled QC Chemist for its API laboratory. The role centers on routine HPLC analysis, GMP/GXP compliance, and instrument calibration.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of API laboratory experience.
• MSc in Chemistry is required.
• Experience with HPLC and Empower in GMP/GXP environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HPLC analysis and related analytical testing.
• Operate Empower software for data acquisition and results handling.
• Calibrate instruments such as pH meters and analytical balances daily.
• Perform FTIR, Karl Fischer, UV, residue on ignition and heavy metals testing.
• Work in a GMP/GxP laboratory and document deviations or OOS/OOT events.
• Assist in inspections and ensure compliant laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate must have good knowledge in HPLC analysis.
• Candidate must have experience working with Empower software.
• Basis awareness about Deviations, OOS, OOT, Alert Limit, Action Limit and Atypical Analytical Test results.
• Instrument daily Calibration as: pH meter, Analytical balance.
• Analysis of FTIR, Karl Fischer, UV, Residue on ignition/ Sulphate ash, Heavy metals, XRD.
• Worked performed in GXP Laboratory.
• Should be skilled to handled inspection.
• Worked in GMP Environment.

Qualifications

Experience Level: 4-5 Years

Industry Experience: API Experience is required

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
