Job summary

TAPI in India is seeking a seasoned quality professional to advance API laboratory operations under GMP. You will work with wet chemistry, instrumental analysis, and data integrity practices to ensure compliant results. The role offers cross-functional exposure and pathways to senior analytical leadership.

Responsibilities include routine calibrations, pH and temperature checks, and complex analyses using UV-Vis, FTIR, PSD, and titration methods in a regulated environment.

Job Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to build expertise in API laboratory operations, wet chemistry testing, GMP compliance, and analytical instrumentation while working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position provides strong technical learning, cross-functional exposure, and a clear pathway for advancement into senior analytical and quality leadership roles.

• Daily calibration of analytical balance.
• Daily pH calibration.
• Daily temprature monitroing of laboratory.
• Wet chemical analysis with different instrument such as UV, FTIR, BDTD, ROI, LOD, assay by Titration & PSD.

Laboratory Technical Skills

• Sample Preparation, Weighing and dispensing of chemicals
• Solution preparation and dilution techniques,Standard and reagent preparation
• pH adjustment and buffer preparation, Filtration and extraction techniques.

Instrument Handling

• UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), Particle Size Analyzer, Polarimeter.

GMP & Compliance Knowledge

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ICH Guidelines., USFDA Regulations, EU GMP Requirements, WHO GMP Guidelines, Data Integrity Compliance (ALCOA+ principles).

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 7-10 Years
• Qualification : Msc-Chemistry
