Job summary

TAPI is seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician for our API manufacturing facility. The role focuses on ensuring integrity, compliance, and reliability of stability testing and analytical operations. The candidate should bring hands-on expertise in analytical techniques and adherence to GLP and GMP standards.

Experience in API/pharma environments is preferred; M.Sc. in Chemistry is required. No remote work; on-site opportunity at our facility.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and GLP.
• Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stability samples, finished product samples and working standard qualification per SOP/monograph.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HPLC, GC, KF, Auto titrator operations and GLP Troubleshooting.
• Maintain methods/specifications for materials and products in stability.
• Record data, logs, certificates, stability reports and archive stability data.
• Initiate LIR/OOS if procedural gaps occur during routine activity.
• Ensure analytical instruments are qualified and maintained in the stability section.
• Follow safety procedures during daily laboratory work.

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to take on the role of QC Technician at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, compliance, and reliability of our stability testing and analytical operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analysis of stability samples, Finish Product samples & working standard qualification activity as per the defined procedure & monograph.
2. Deep knowledge about the HPLC, GC, KF, Auto titrator, Vacuum open operation procedure as well as troubleshooting by following the GLP practices.
3. Maintaining a system of methods and specification for all materials and products.
4. Data filling and maintaining the logbooks, certificate, stability report and stability data in archive.
5. To initiate the LIR / OOS if any procedural gap related with SOP / monograph during routine activity.
6. Qualifications of all analytical instruments should be maintained in stability Section.
7. Follow the defined safety procedure during day-to-day activity in laboratory.

Minimum Required Skills

• Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
• Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.

Experience Level: 3-6 Years

Industry Experience: API/Pharma Experience is required
