Ideal candidates have 5–15 years in related QC roles, strong mechanical/electrical know-how, and hands-on experience with RCA, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean. MS Excel/ERP skills are essential for reporting and ERP updates.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Quality Control, Service, Refurbishment, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience in QC, PDI, RCA, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and MS Excel/ERP skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC and PDI operations for refurbished two-wheelers.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
• Conduct quality inspections and drive defect resolution.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor QC and PDI teams.
• Coordinate with Production, Service, Paint, and Spares teams.
• Maintain quality reports, SOP compliance, and ERP updates.
