Job summary

Resume Destination in Tumakuru, Karnataka seeks a Quality Supervisor / Engineer SQC, PQC, IQC & CQC with 3–5 years (supervisor) and 4–7 years (engineer) experience. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production is required.

Role covers quality across supplier, incoming, process and customer interfaces in the automobile components sector. Candidate must handle two-wheeler OEMs (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha) quality complaints, containment actions and 8D closures, with Kannada language

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier, incoming, process and customer quality activities.
• Inspect casting and sheet-metal components for dimensional and visual compliance.
• Monitor quality across assembly and paint-shop processes.
• Handle process rejection, supplier issues and customer complaints.
• Perform RCA and implement CAPA using 7 QC Tools and 8D methodology.
• Maintain Control Plans, inspection standards and quality documentation.
• Work with PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Suppliers and Customers for timely issue resolution.

• Knowledge of casting, sheet metal, assembly and paint-shop processes is essential.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
