Job summary

Prometo Consulting in Hosur is seeking a QC Officer to manage documentation in a leading food manufacturing environment. You will ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, maintain lab records, and coordinate audits with quality managers.

Responsibilities include preparing FSSAI and Agmark documents, SOP development, data integrity, CAPA tracking, and liaison for external lab reports. Strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare and maintain documents as per ISO/IEC 17025.
• Maintain new document formats, laboratory data registers and logbooks.
• Prepare and maintain FSSAI and Agmark documents.
• SOP preparation, issuance and retrieval of documents.
• Maintain all documents related to laboratory activity.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews.
• Handle NABL assessments, surveillance, reassessment and scope extension.
• Maintain compliance registers (Proficiency Testing, Method Validation, Equipment Calibration).
• Coordinate with Technical and Quality Manager for audits, findings and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Technical and Quality Manager for audits and CAPA.
• Execute IQC plan and prepare IQC report per ISO/IEC 17025.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Metrological Traceability.
• Supervise general housekeeping of laboratory.
• Raising Purchase Requisition and Bill forwarding.
• Handling Gate pass and test reports of external lab testing samples.
