Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and quality‑focused QA & QC Officer with 1–3 years of experience in the FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process by performing quality inspections, monitoring production activities, conducting testing, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.

Required Skills

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in manufacturing. Understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 9001, and quality management systems. Familiarity with inspection techniques, sampling methods, and testing procedures. Strong documentation and report‑writing skills. Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and in a cross‑functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance (QA)– Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and quality standards. Perform in‑process quality inspections during production and packaging. Ensure compliance with BMR/BPR, SOPs, and quality documentation. Investigate deviations, non‑conformities, and customer complaints, and support CAPA implementation. Conduct line clearance before production and packaging activities. Participate in internal quality audits and assist during external audits. Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchase, and Stores to maintain quality compliance. Support validation, process improvement, and continuous quality enhancement initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Quality Control (QC)– Inspect and approve incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Perform physical, chemical, and visual quality testing as per specifications. Maintain QC records, inspection reports, COAs, and laboratory documentation. Identify defective products and ensure segregation of non‑conforming materials. Monitor product quality during manufacturing and packaging processes. Assist in calibration and maintenance of quality testing instruments. Ensure proper sample retention and record management. Support stability studies and product testing activities when required.
