Job summary

Zoho in India Ahmedabad is seeking an Associate - CMM Operator to perform CMM inspections, ensuring products meet drawings and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate Hexagon CMM machines, program with PC-DMIS, interpret drawings, understand GD&T, and contribute to FAI and batch inspections while upholding ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of total working experience in related domain.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical / related field.
• Flexible to Shift work and extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience operating Hexagon CMM machines.
• Strong working knowledge of PC‑DMIS software (programming & execution).
• Create, edit, and run offline and online CMM programs.
• Sound understanding of GD&T and interpretation of drawings.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of datums, alignments, probe calibration, and qualification.
• Experience with FAI and batch inspection processes.
• Analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards and measurement best practices.

We are looking for an Associate - CMM Operator who works effectively in a fast‑paced environment and independently performs CMM inspections to ensure products meet customer drawings and quality standards.

What you'll deliver:

• Hands‑on experience operating Hexagon CMM machines
• Strong working knowledge of PC‑DMIS software (programming & execution)
• Ability to create, edit, and run offline and online CMM programs
• Sound understanding of GD&T
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Knowledge of datums, alignments, probe calibration, and qualification
• Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspection
• Ability to analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports
• Understanding of measurement uncertainty and inspection best practices
