Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator to perform precise dimensional inspection using CMM and ensure components meet customer and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program CMM machine for component inspection
• Perform dimensional and layout inspection as per drawings
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Generate and maintain inspection reports and documentation
• Ensure calibration and proper handling of measuring instruments
• Coordinate with quality and production teams for issue resolution
• Support audits and quality improvement activities

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field
• Experience: 3–5 years as CMM Operator
• Hands‑on experience with CMM programming/software (PC-DMIS / Mitutoyo / Zeiss preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
