Qualifications

• 2+ years of total experience in CMM inspection or related domain.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Flexibility to work shifts and willingness to work beyond normal hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hexagon CMM machines to perform CMM inspections.
• Program and run offline and online CMM programs using PC-DMIS.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T annotations.
• Create, edit, and run CMM programs as required.
• Analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports.
• Understand measurement uncertainty and apply best inspection practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards.
• Support first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspections.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate - CMM Operator who works effectively in a fast‑paced environment and independently performs CMM inspections to ensure products meet customer drawings and quality standards.

What you'll deliver:

• Hands‑on experience operating Hexagon CMM machines
  
• Strong working knowledge of PC‑DMIS software (programming & execution)
  
• Ability to create, edit, and run offline and online CMM programs
  
• Sound understanding of GD&T
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  
• Knowledge of datums, alignments, probe calibration, and qualification
  
• Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspection
  
• Ability to analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports
  
• Understanding of measurement uncertainty and inspection best practices
  
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards
