Job summary

Renishaw Metrology Systems in Gurgaon seeks an experienced CMM Programmer/Engineer with strong expertise in CMM programming. The candidate will develop CMM programs, provide application support, perform customer demonstrations and training, and support metrology solutions across manufacturing industries.

Required 7–15 years of experience in CMM programming, with hands-on proficiency in PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, PolyWorks and CAMIO. Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production or related Engineering.
• 7–15 Years of experience in CMM programming or metrology roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMM programming and metrology software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CMM programs using PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, PolyWorks, CAMIO.
• Create inspection routines based on CAD models and GD&T.
• Conduct application studies, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for measurement challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, sales and service teams to deliver metrology solutions.
• Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation.
