Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking a Site Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of raw materials and concrete at our plants. You will drive quality assurance across production lines, supervise lab standards, and ensure BIS code compliance.

The role involves coordinating with field teams and plant personnel to maintain product integrity. You will lead demonstrations of VAC products to clients to showcase functionality, address technical questions, and support sales with quality data.

Responsibilities

• KRA1: Conducting demos for VAC products to clients to help them understand their functionality
• KRA2: Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback
• KRA3: Ensure the upkeep of the quality control labs with proper product display and availability of relevant BIS codes

The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.
