Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators in Surat, Gujarat seeks a site operations professional to manage concrete pouring activities and customer interactions during execution.

You will monitor slump, cube casting, curing, and ensure safety guidelines, coordinating with Plant QC Incharge to report variations and drive efficient plant performance.

Responsibilities

• KRA1 Customer Management - Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback
• KRA2 Product Delivery - Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure efficent curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
• Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues

There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

KRA1 Customer Management - Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback

• - Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and elevate non-resolvable issues

KRA2 Product Delivery - Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations

• - Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure efficent curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
• - Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
