Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Site Coordination Specialist to oversee concrete pouring operations at project sites. You will ensure safe, compliant delivery of concrete, monitor pumping and labour handling, and communicate with customers to gather feedback.

Key duties include checking infrastructure and safety guidelines before pouring, monitoring slump, cube casting, curing, and coordinating with Plant QC Incharge.

Responsibilities

• Customer management during project execution and feedback collection.
• On-site problem resolution related to pumping, pouring and labour handling.
• Ensure pouring at site after infrastructure and safety checks and report variations.
• Monitor slump, cube casting, curing and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge for issues.
• Track variations from initial requirement to actual execution and address quality/manpower issues.

The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

KRA1 Customer Management

• Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback
• Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escape non-resolvable issues

KRA2 Product Delivery

• Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure effecient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
• Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
