Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking to strengthen its QA/QC focus in the Ready Mix Concrete space. The role centers on ensuring quality assurance and control in concrete products, promoting VAC and optimizing mixes.

It emphasizes maintaining BIS codes, calibration of instruments, and detailed material analysis for customers. Responsibilities include customer demos, handling grievances, site feedback collection, mix design calculations, lab upkeep, and thorough MIS with quality records in Labsys in line with

Responsibilities

• Conducting demos for VAC products to clients to help them understand their functionality
• Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback
• Visit customer/ site periodically to gather feedback and identify areas of concern
• Provide detailed mix design calculation, physical and chemical analysis of raw material to customer as and when required
• Ensure the upkeep of the quality control labs with proper product display and availability of relevant BIS codes
• Ensure calibration of instruments is done before due date
• Conduct physical stock measurement and reconciliation
• Maintain all the quality records on Labsys and update as per QCI and ISO. Maintain records related to calibration of all testing equipment

There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.
