Job summary

Chavan Foods in Pune requires a quality assurance professional to oversee the quality of raw materials, packaging and finished products, and to monitor yield and waste across production. You will conduct testing for fat, SNF, pH, acidity, overrun, temperature, taste and texture, ensuring adherence to FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP & SOPs.

The role includes maintaining quality records, facilitating CAPA actions, and supporting audits, inspections and customer complaint investigations in a fast-moving

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of raw materials, packaging and finished products.
• Monitor quality, yield and waste throughout production.
• Conduct product testing for fat, SNF, pH, acidity, overrun, temperature, taste and texture.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP & SOPs.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, CIP and cold-chain conditions.
• Identify deviations and implement CAPA and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, sampling, batch traceability and reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance & R&D to resolve quality issues.
• Support audits, inspections and customer complaint investigations.
