Elegant Cosmed Private Limited in Rajkot is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA in a GMP/ISO/Halal-certified cosmetics manufacturing environment, overseeing policy development, SOPs, and documentation across production, packaging, and warehousing.

You will coordinate inspections and internal audits, drive CAPA and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams on new product launches and changes.

Qualificações

• Strong foundation in QA and QC within cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing, including batch release and in-process checks.
• Practical knowledge of GMP, ISO, and Halal requirements, plus cosmetic/regulatory standards for domestic/export markets.
• Proficiency in documentation management, SOP creation, and meticulous record-keeping.
• Experience in internal audits, handling non-conformities, root-cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams; train staff on quality systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, Biotechnology, or related scientific field

Role Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure that skincare, hair care, and personal care products meet regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards in a GMP, ISO, and Halal-certified environment. This full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot Taluka includes developing and implementing QA policies, SOPs, and documentation systems, as well as monitoring adherence across production, packaging, and warehousing. The role involves coordinating inspections, internal audits, and validations, handling non-conformities, and driving root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate closely with production, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to support new product launches, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include training staff on quality procedures, maintaining quality records, and preparing reports for internal leadership and external regulatory or certification bodies.
