Job summary

SAVA Healthcare Limited in Surendranagar is seeking a dedicated Executive - Quality Assurance to join our pharma manufacturing plant. You will ensure manufacturing processes comply with GMP, regulatory standards, and internal quality protocols, and maintain product quality, safety and efficacy before market release.

Key duties include maintaining the QMS, developing and updating QA policies and SOPs, conducting internal audits, reviewing batch records and CAPAs, and training staff on GMP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong GMP and regulatory knowledge (FDA/EMA) and quality systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System to ensure GMP compliance.
  • Review batch records, deviations, and change controls; close CAPAs.
  • Develop, review, and update QA policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Lead internal audits and support external inspections.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Personnel to join our Pharma Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes comply with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, safety, and efficacy, and ensuring our products meet all required specifications before reaching the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and update quality assurance policies, procedures, and SOPs.

  • Ensure all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA), and quality management systems.
