Position Overview:

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in managing quality systems, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in the cosmetics/personal care industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, BIS, FDA requirements, and cosmetic regulatory guidelines.
• Experience handling audits, CAPA, change control, and QMS implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills, decision‑making ability, and team leadership qualities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
