Job summary

Detpak India in Maharashtra seeks a QA professional to implement and maintain quality and food safety processes across manufacturing operations.

You will conduct product inspection, drive quality culture, manage NCRs, CAPA, internal audits, and ensure GMP, 5S, ISO compliance while coordinating with production, maintenance, supply chain and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of QA experience in Packaging / Paper / Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, CAPA, NCR, Six Sigma and Internal Audits.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality and Food Safety processes across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct product inspection and testing as per defined quality plans.
• Drive Quality @ Source and Product Safety culture within the plant.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal audits for Quality Management Systems and Food Safety standards.
• Support compliance with GMP, 5S, ISO, and Food Safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Sales teams on quality-related matters.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Identify training needs and conduct quality and food safety awareness programs.
