Job summary

Ingredion is seeking a QA Executive for onsite roles across manufacturing sites in India. The position reports to the Senior Quality Specialist and focuses on establishing and maintaining QA policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and GLP standards.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry with 5–8 years in QA within pharma or chemical industries, and possess strong English communication and documentation skills. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Education required: B.SC / M.SC Chemistry.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in pharma or chemical industry.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Draft QA policies and procedures.
• Vendor management: onsite audits (paper & physical).
• Review BMR and BPR documents.
• Maintain trackers for QMS records and quality reports.
• Batch release processes and accountability in absence of Quality Head.
• Handle OOS/OOT/OOC and deviations; support promotional samples.
• Coordinate training per schedule and foster QA training effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

Procedures / Governance

• Day to day assigned activities shall be conveyed to the reporting authority
• Any requirement related to QA shall be conveyed to reporting authority
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Vendor Management Activities (Paper & Physical Onsite Audits)
• Review Equipment Qualification Data
• Performing issuance activity of all the departments
• Review BMR and BPR
• Arranging training as per the schedule
• Maintain trackers for all QMS records
• Batch release process
• Batch release responsibility in absence of Quality head.
• Handling OOS, OOT, OOC & Deviation.
• Responsible for Promotional sample.
• Any job activity assigned by HOD.

Training

• Impart training on Safety to new recruits, employees, contractors, contract employees.
• Periodically evaluate Training Effectiveness.
• Maintain updated records for all the Training activities.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements

• Education requires, B.SC / M.SC Chemistry.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry / Chemical Industry.
• Relevant Experience in quality assurance in Pharma / Chemical Industry
• English fluency, both written and spoken
