Chalhoub Group Capability Hub in Bengaluru seeks a hands-on QA Tester to plan, design, and execute testing across functional, integration, end-to-end and regression scopes. You will validate requirements, manage defects, and ensure smooth release validation in an Agile environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years in software testing, strong test design, API/web/mobile testing, risk-based testing, and familiarity with AI-assisted test case generation.

• Plan, design, execute, and document testing for functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression scopes.
• Analyze requirements and validate acceptance criteria, identify risks and defects early.
• Prepare and maintain test data, environments, and execution evidence for smooth releases.
• Perform API, web, and mobile testing with proper data preparation.
• Identify, report, and manage defects with clear steps and timely retesting.
• Own reliable release validation for assigned work, ensuring on-time delivery with quality.
• Support UAT and launch readiness by coordinating defect triage, retesting, and sign-off with product and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery through planning, estimation, and prioritization; collaborate with engineers and product teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with AI-assisted test case generation to accelerate coverage while maintaining quality.

What you'll be doing

Work fully hands-on to plan, design, execute, and document testing across functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression cycles, validating software releases against business requirements and integrations, and owning the quality of assigned work.

• Plan, design, execute, and document functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for assigned scope.
• Analyze requirements and validate acceptance criteria, identifying risks and defects early through risk-based and exploratory testing.
• Prepare and maintain test data, test environments, and execution evidence so release validation can proceed without avoidable delay.
• Perform API testing and web and mobile testing and prepare test data to ensure effective test coverage.
• Identify, report, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps, and perform timely retesting through to closure.
• Own reliable release validation for assigned work, ensuring committed scope is delivered on time with the required quality.
• Support UAT and launch readiness by coordinating defect triage, retesting, and sign off with product and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery through delivery planning, estimation, and prioritization, and collaborate with engineers and product teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing, using AI-assisted test case generation to accelerate coverage while maintaining quality standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on software testing experience across functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Strong test case design, requirements analysis, acceptance criteria validation, and defect identification and management skills.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, web and mobile testing, test data preparation, and risk-based testing.
• Working knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile delivery, and release validation, with a strong quality ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted test case generation tools to support test coverage.
• Experience testing ecommerce or omnichannel customer journeys, APIs, web and mobile experiences, and integrations in an Agile release cadence.
