Job summary

proMX is seeking a QA Engineer to join its agile team in Mumbai. You will ensure quality across web and mobile apps, design and execute test cases, and contribute to CI/CD practices.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of QA experience, strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Excellent English communication and ability to work with a global team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Involve throughout the entire development life cycle from requirements to delivery.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team with focus on QA of customer products.
• Design, develop and execute maintainable manual test cases.
• Perform functional testing for web and mobile apps.
• Review and improve existing testing processes.
• Work independently and raise issues with corrective actions.
• Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing.
• Handle configuration, compatibility, load and stress testing.
• Use bug tracking tools like DevOps, VSTS and TFS.
• Create and understand test artifacts: test plans, cases, and defects.
• Develop test cases based on features and user stories.

Your Responsibilities:

• Involve throughout the entire development life cycle, from requirements definition to project delivery
• Work as a member of a cross-functional agile team, with focus on quality assurance of customer product and inhouse development
• Design, develop and execute maintainable manual test cases
• Hands on experience in Functional Testing for both web and mobile applications.
• Review and Improve existing Processes
• Work independently.
• Functional Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Configuration Testing, Compatibility Testing, Load and Stress Testing.
• Bug Tracking Tools like DevOps,VSTS and TFS.
• creating Fields, Forms, and Entities through Customization, and creating Business Rules in CRM.
• Creation and understanding of testing artifacts like test plan, test case and execution, reporting defects.
• Focus should be on developing test cases based on Features and User Stories

Preferred Requirements:

• Min 4 years of experience working as a QA Engineer/Quality Management area.
• Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action
• Proven experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, Git and Selenium
• Have very good knowledge of English with excellent communication skills and an ability to work with global team members

Must Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD strategy along with build pipelines
• Testing Tools - Postman, SOAP, TFS,DevOps (Bug Tracking Tool)
• Domain Knowledge -Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM
