Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Development Test Engineer who is highly motivated, flexible, and experienced in IT projects with a focus on Dynamics CRM.

You will own end-to-end QA activities, including test planning, design of test cases, functional and integration testing, regression testing, UAT support, and automation while collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, Dynamics 365 consultants, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Experience creating/updating/reviewing/executing automated and manual tests.
• Experience in both functional testing and system testing.
• Experience testing APIs (REST API, JSON, XML).
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, automate test cases, and present test strategies for team review.
• Test execution, result capture, and assurance of quality.
• Publish test reports and participate in Go/No-Go decisions.
• Communicate testing status to Development and QA teams.
• Execute other quality assurance tasks as requested.

Milestone Technologies is looking for a Senior Software Development Test Engineer who is highly motivated, flexible, and experienced in IT projects mainly exposure on Dynamics CRM

The candidate will be responsible for owning end-to-end quality assurance activities, including test planning, test case design, functional and integration testing, defect management, regression testing, UAT support, and automation. The role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Experience testing Dynamics CRM business processes, configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, Power Platform components, and APIs will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, automate test cases, and present test strategies for team review
• Test execution, test result capture, and assurance of quality
• Publish test reports and participate in Go or No-Go decision
• Ensure effective communication of project and testing status to Development and QA teams
• Execute other quality assurance tasks as requested
• Design and development experience in Java, Spring, Angular, and MVC
• Suggest improvements for processes, best practices, and standards
• Mentor junior-level development associates
• Performing Code reviews, and automation strategy
• Work with Development to review new feature designs and validate test specifications to ensure they are comprehensively tested and meet customer expectations
• Identify defects and own them through the resolution and verification cycle
• Working on Protractor and Big data technologies added advantage

Perform end-to-end functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

Test CRM modules such as:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Case Management
• Leads and Opportunities
• Accounts and Contacts
• Activities
• Queues
• Business Processes
• Dashboards and Views
• Security Roles and Access

Validate Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, forms, fields, business rules, workflows, business process flows, and views.

Validate data creation, modification, relationships, validations, and business rules across CRM entities/tables.

Perform regression testing following Dynamics 365 configuration changes, customizations, and platform updates.

Validate end-to-end business processes across multiple Dynamics 365 modules.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Experience creating/updating/reviewing/executing automated and Manual tests
