Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS is seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our Hyderabad team. You will ensure quality and reliability of Dynamics applications through rigorous testing and validation.

Responsibilities include test planning, design, and execution; automated testing with Selenium/Cucumber; performance testing with JMeter; CI/CD integration; and collaborating with developers and analysts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience as a QA Engineer, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• 5+ years of experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its modules.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with SQL and scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

• Ensure test plans cover functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure defects are properly understood and addressed.
• Design and implement automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Maintain and update existing automated test suites.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the system meets performance standards.
• Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on test progress and any issues encountered.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing processes.
• Ensure all testing artifacts are up to date and easily accessible.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its modules.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
