Job summary

IRIS Business Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to design and implement QA processes for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with development and management teams to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual software testing for web and mobile applications (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
• Execute SQL queries and work with databases to validate test results.
• Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of testing processes.
• Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the Team Lead.
• Maintain strong client communication, ensuring clear updates on quality metrics and testing progress.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and best practices.
