Job summary

Iris Software invites experienced ETL Tester to join our QA team in India. You will design and execute ETL tests, validate data across sources and targets, and ensure data quality for critical analytics projects.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, expertise in SSIS and MS SQL, and a collaborative mindset to mentor peers and align testing with reporting needs. Position is based in Noida, Gurugram or Pune with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETL testing, data validation and data quality assurance.
• Proficiency with SSIS for designing and executing ETL workflows.
• Strong SQL skills with MS SQL for data verification and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive ETL testing strategies across data validation, reconciliation, and data warehouse testing.
• Develop complex SQL queries for large-scale data validation and performance tuning.
• Analyze ETL workflows, data models, and transformation logic to identify risks and inconsistencies.
• Lead ETL testing efforts across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Own ETL validation across source-to-target workflows including reconciliation and root cause analysis.
• Review test cases, SQL scripts, and validation processes to ensure adherence to standards.
• Mentor team members in ETL testing, data validation, and SQL optimization techniques.
