Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive ETL testing strategies covering data validation, reconciliation, and data warehouse testing.
• Develop complex SQL queries for large-scale data validation and performance tuning.
• Analyze ETL workflows, data models, and transformation logic to identify risks and inconsistencies.
• Lead ETL testing efforts across multiple systems ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Own ETL validation across source-to-target workflows, including reconciliation, root cause analysis, and resolution support.
• Review test cases, SQL scripts, and validation processes ensuring adherence to standards.
• Mentor team members in ETL testing, data validation, and SQL optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data validation with reporting and analytics requirements.
• Demonstrates ownership of ETL validation activities to ensure data quality and testing excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex testing challenges.
