Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in software testing/QA; fintech/lending preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Manual, regression and load testing experience in finance for LOS systems.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced execution, and coordinating across cross‑functional teams.

• Defect Management & Collaboration: work with engineering, product and design; document and track bugs on JIRA; advocate for high code quality.
• Quality Hygiene & Release Confidence: ensure zero-defect deployments; maintain test docs and dashboards for visibility into release readiness.
• Voice of Reliability: test edge cases and journeys with a customer-centric mindset; anticipate failures and improve usability.

About the role:

You will be the gatekeeper of quality and reliability across our product ecosystem. We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented testing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. One day you might be stress-testing loan application workflows to catch edge-case bugs; the next, you could be setting up automated API test suites for seamless third‑party integrations. You will be a key player in ensuring that our software scales reliably while delivering a flawless, world-class experience to our borrowers and internal teams.

What will you do at InCred ?

• Test Strategy & Execution: Translate product specifications and user stories into detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms to ensure software meets production standards.
• Defect Management & Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to identify, isolate, document, and track bugs to resolution on JIRA. You will advocate for high code quality and help engineering peers reproduce and resolve issues rapidly before release.
• Quality Hygiene & Release Confidence: Ensure zero-defect deployments for critical customer‑facing journeys. Maintain clear, structured test documentation and test execution dashboards so stakeholders have complete visibility into release readiness and product quality metrics.
• Voice of Reliability: Actively test edge cases and user journeys with a customer‑centric mindset. Anticipate where systems might fail, identify usability bottlenecks, and advocate for seamless, resilient user experiences.

What should you have?

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in software testing/QA, with at least 1 year in the fintech or lending domain preferred
• Ability to learn quick­ ly and readily adapt to change
• Comfort in coordinating with multiple stakeholders on day to day basis
• Manual, Regression and Load testing experience in finance for LOS system
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced execution, and coordinating across cross‑functional teams on a daily basis.
