Key Responsibilities

• Manual testing simulating the behavior of a real user from a business perspective.
• Regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested software still performs as expected after a development change.
• Load testing by simulating multiple users accessing the program concurrently.
• Creating various test cases based on business requirements
• Post push to production check
• Understanding bugs in the system and resolving the Root cause analysis of issues.
• Additional responsibility such as Requirement gathering and Design of workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (non-technical degrees considered with relevant coursework/experience), with a minimum of 60% in 12th and Graduation.
• 1–3 years of experience in Manual, Regression, and Load testing, with direct exposure to finance domain systems like LOS
• Strong hands-on proficiency with advanced Excel and Google Sheets formulas for data handling and analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate daily with multiple stakeholders, combined with a fast-learning, highly adaptable mindset.
