Job summary

Aptora - Institution Management Software in Hyderabad is seeking a QA Engineer with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing to ensure product quality across frontend and backend.

You will work with Java/Spring Boot applications, test REST APIs with Postman, perform SQL data validation, and collaborate with developers and product teams. Onsite role; immediate joiners preferred.

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 1.5 -2 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to join our team in Hyderabad.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Perform Manual and Automation Testing for web-based applications.
• Perform Frontend/UI and Backend Testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Work with applications developed using Java and Spring Boot and understand backend business logic, services, and workflows.
• Test REST APIs and Spring Boot services using tools such as Postman.
• Perform database testing and data validation using PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Validate data flow between Frontend, Spring Boot Backend, APIs, and Database.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Use AI tools for test case generation, automation assistance, debugging, documentation, and improving QA productivity.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
