Qualifications
- Proven experience in software QA
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Solid knowledge of SQL & scripting
- Hands-on experience in white-box & black-box testing
- DevOps/CI-CD pipeline experience (Jenkins) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide feedback
- Create detailed, well-structured test plans & test cases
- Plan, estimate & execute testing activities (manual & automation)
- Design and implement automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or other tools
- Identify, record, document, and track defects using Jira
- Perform regression testing and monitor debugging results
- Track QA metrics (defect densities, open defects, etc.)
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and best practices
- Provide guidance to developers on bug fixes and improvements
