Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for multiple projects; develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes; collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality objectives.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated/manual test cases; perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
• Track and resolve bugs; conduct root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior QA engineers; review code and provide feedback on test scripts.
• Enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies; implement best practices; stay updated on QA advancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery; participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years in software QA, focusing on manual and automated testing.
• Strong experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon Studio, Jmeter, REST Assured, Appium, Cypress, UFT/QTP, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent in Communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
