Job summary

Recro is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to perform both manual and automated testing across web apps, APIs, and backend services. You will drive release validation and help improve overall product quality through robust test automation and continuous quality improvements.

The role requires 2-4 years of testing experience, hands-on API testing, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing tools. Collaboration with Product and Engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on API testing experience with Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins.
• Experience in performance testing with JMeter.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Strong understanding of frontend, backend, and database interactions.
• Experience in regression testing, bug reporting, and release sign-offs.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Key Skills Required

• 2-4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
