• Ensure compliance with U.S. collections laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention.
• Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.
