Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Quality Analyst L2 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role focuses on conducting quality audits, analytics, and ensuring process adherence per QMS. You will generate insights, dashboards, and reports for delivery teams, supporting project leadership and minimizing client escalations.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and trend analysis.
• Experience in dashboard/reporting generation and ensuring data accuracy.
• Knowledge of QA processes and SPOs per QMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and analyses as defined by the central quality team.
• Prepare findings and share with account/project leadership on various cadences.
• Perform weekly analysis to identify error trends and conduct RCA for top errors.
• Coordinate calibration communications and refresher trainings to address changes.
• Produce timely dashboards, reports, and insights for delivery teams to minimize client escalations.
• Identify and communicate critical escalations requiring central quality intervention.
• Automate report generations to maximize efficiency and platform adoption.
