Job summary

TP in Jaipur is seeking an International BPO chat support specialist to assist customers via chat and email across global processes with a focus on quality service.

The ideal candidate has 1–6 years in intl BPO, strong chat/process knowledge, excellent written and spoken English, and flexibility for night shifts as required.

• Willing to work rotational night shifts as required.
