Job summary

TP in Chennai seeks a skilled Quality Analyst with 2–7 years of experience in the International Banking/BFSI domain to drive quality across banking operations. The role emphasizes audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement using 7 QC Tools for root-cause analysis.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CAPA and ensure service excellence. Immediate joiners preferred; rotations may apply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; BFSI domain preferred.
  • 2–7 years of QA experience in International Banking/BFSI.
  • Strong knowledge of banking ops, KYC/AML and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits of banking operations and customer interactions.
  • Monitor process compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality standards.
  • Analyze quality metrics and identify process improvements.
  • Use QC Tools to perform root-cause analysis and drive improvements.

  • Conduct calibration sessions and provide feedback to teams.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst with experience in the International Banking/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality management processes, transaction monitoring, and expertise in 7 QC Tools. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, process adherence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits and evaluate banking operations, customer interactions, and transaction processes.
  • Monitor process compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality standards.
  • Analyze quality performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Utilize 7 QC Tools (Pareto Chart, Cause & Effect Diagram, Check Sheets, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams, Control Charts, and Flowcharts) to perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and process teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct calibration sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and organizational quality standards.
  • Support process improvement projects and quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in client reviews and quality governance meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Any
  • 2-7 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the International Banking/BFSI domain.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, KYC, AML, and customer service processes.
  • Hands-on experience with 7 QC Tools and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks, process improvement techniques, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Yellow Belt certification.
  • Experience in international banking operations, retail banking, commercial banking, or back-office banking processes.
  • Exposure to process improvement and quality management systems.
