Job summary

Elevateprimesolutions is seeking experienced Quality Analysts for International BPO operations focused on high‑quality customer service, process compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

You will monitor interactions, conduct audits, provide feedback, support process improvements, and maintain quality dashboards. Immediate joiners preferred; night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 1 year experience as QA in International BPO.
• Total 3+ years experience in International Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience in agent evaluation and process improvement.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts including nights.
