Digitide is seeking a Quality Executive to maintain and enhance the quality of our banking processes. You will drive continuous improvement, conduct audits, and implement effective quality control measures in collaboration with the BPM/Transition team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in quality analysis of banking processes, with a strong emphasis on data interpretation and compliance awareness.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
• Experience in a BPM or transition environment is an asset.
