Symake is seeking a detail-oriented QA with 1–4 years of software testing experience to ensure product quality and reliability. The role involves validating web applications, executing tests, and reporting defects with clear steps to reproduce.

You will work within an agile team, participate in sprint planning, and coordinate with developers to verify fixes, while maintaining test documentation and ensuring various test types are covered.

Formación

• Understanding of STLC and SDLC is required.
• Hands-on manual testing of web applications is essential.
• Familiar with functional, regression, smoke, sanity and integration testing.
• Able to prepare, review and execute test cases and scenarios.
• Experience identifying, documenting and reporting bugs with steps.
• Knowledge of Jira, Bugzilla or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Basic API testing using Postman or similar tools preferred.
• Basic SQL queries and database testing knowledge.
• Awareness of browser compatibility and UI usability testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic automation testing knowledge with Selenium/Playwright is a plus.

Technical Skills Required

• Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing of web applications.
