Job summary

AA Studio Consulting is seeking a qualified professional for tendering, quantity surveying and estimation for interior fit-out projects based in Tamil Nadu. The role involves preparing BOQs and tender documents, and engaging in pre-bid and negotiation meetings with clients and vendors.

You will also prepare RA Bills and final bills, ensuring client certification and smooth project cash flows. A technical degree plus strong English communication are required for this position.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or B.Tech degree in relevant field.
• Tendering, estimation and billing experience for interior projects is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Google SketchUp.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
