Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of tendering experience for interior furnishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimation and budgeting principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle from initiation to submission and closure.
• Prepare, review, and analyze tender documents and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather data for cost estimation and timelines.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and detailed cost estimates.
• Evaluate tender submissions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals to management and clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
