Job summary

BeneCore Private Limited in India seeks a quality management professional to lead QMS implementation across incoming material, in-process quality, and final product release, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and regulatory expectations.

You will manage lab testing, inspections, COA prep, document control, audits, CAPA, and change control, while maintaining GDP/ALCOA+ records and supporting NPD and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the site Quality Manager and implement, monitor, and control the QMS across incoming material, in-process quality, and final product release.
• Manage laboratory testing, quality inspection, and COA preparation per customer and standard requirements.
• Ensure GMP, QMS, SOP, ISO/ASTM/EDANA standards and plant safety compliance.
• Handle raw material, in-process, and finished product quality verification.
• Manage document control, calibration, audits, CAPA, RCA, customer complaints, and change control.
• Conduct non-woven testing like GSM, thickness, tensile, elongation, air permeability, strike-through, and rewet.
• Maintain quality records and ensure GDP/ALCOA+ compliance.
• Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support NPD, risk assessment, quality improvement, and employee training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Hold/release materials or products in case of quality deviation or non-compliance.
