Job summary

BeneCore Private Limited seeks a Quality Laboratory professional to ensure adherence to GMP/GDP/ALCOA+ in testing of non-woven products and raw materials. The role involves sampling, testing, documentation, and report generation.

You will handle instrument calibration, troubleshoot basic issues, and contribute to quality improvements through RCA/CAPA activities and 7 QC tools.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP/GDP and ALCOA+ principles.
• Conduct non-woven product and raw material testing per SOPs.
• Perform GSM, thickness, tensile, elongation, air permeability tests.
• Handle sampling, conditioning, testing, retention and documentation.
• Prepare COA/test reports and manage OOS results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, GMP, GDP and ALCOA+ requirements as part of daily QA activities.
• Maintain SOPs, test methods and lab records to support quality audits.
• Train team members on testing procedures and communicate quality issues effectively.
• Support RCA, CAPA and 7 QC tools for continuous quality improvement.

Job Description Quality Laboratory

• Ensure compliance with Plant Safety, PPE, GMP, GDP and ALCOA+ requirements.
• Perform non-woven product and raw material testing as per SOP, ASTM/ISO and customer standards.
• Conduct GSM, thickness, tensile, elongation, air permeability, strike-through, rewet, etc.
• Handle sample collection, conditioning, testing, retention and documentation.
• Prepare accurate test reports and COA; manage OOS/abnormal results and material holds.
• Maintain lab equipment, calibration, verification and basic troubleshooting.
• Support RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain SOPs, test methods and laboratory records.
• Train team members on testing procedures and communicate quality issues effectively.
