Job summary

Sodexo in Pune, India invites applications for a QHSE Executive to manage Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities at our Magarpatta site. The role requires 3–6 years of experience in QHSE/HSE, preferably in Facility Management or industrial/commercial settings.

You will implement QHSE policies, conduct safety audits, risk assessments, trainings and ensure statutory compliance while coordinating with site teams and audits. Excellent documentation skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Safety / Environment / Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in QHSE/HSE, preferably in Facility Management or related facilities.
• Good knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Candidates with relevant Safety certifications will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures and standards at the site.

• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare incident reports and CAPA.
• Maintain QHSE records, checklists, inspection reports and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure site emergency response procedures are followed.
• Support internal/client audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Monitor housekeeping, waste management and environmental practices at the site.
• Coordinate with site operations and client teams to ensure effective implementation of QHSE requirements.
