Job summary

Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HSE Executive Fire & Life Safety for our Pune sites (Hinjewadi, Magarpatta and Kharadi). Immediate joiners preferred.

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of fire‑fighting systems, pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms and related equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards across sites in Pune.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical trade.
• 1–5 years of experience in Fire Fighting and Life Safety.
• Hands-on experience with fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot fire-fighting systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Inspect and test fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms and related equipment.
• Ensure fire and life safety systems meet site requirements and safety standards.
• Identify, report and coordinate rectification of equipment defects.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
• Support emergency drills and fire safety initiatives.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of fire-fighting equipment.
• Coordinate with facilities management for safety-related activities.

We are urgently hiring HSE Executives with experience in Fire Fighting, Fire & Life Safety, and Facility Management for our sites in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in the operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of fire‑fighting systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fire-fighting systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Inspect and test fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and related fire safety equipment.
• Ensure fire and life safety systems are maintained as per site requirements and applicable safety standards.
• Identify, report, and coordinate the rectification of equipment defects and abnormalities.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, inspection checklists, and service reports.
• Support emergency response activities, fire drills, and other fire safety initiatives.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of fire‑fighting equipment.
• Coordinate with the facility management team for maintenance and safety‑related activities.

Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant technical trade preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Fire Fighting, Fire & Life Safety, or Facility Management.
• Hands‑on experience in the operation and maintenance of fire‑fighting systems.
• Knowledge of fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarm systems, and fire protection equipment.
• Good troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
